1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SET Business Manager application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

SET Business Manager is a comprehensive business management application that provides the following services:

• Financial management and transaction tracking
• GPS journey tracking and mileage recording
• Document management and storage
• Customer and partner relationship management
• Invoice and estimate creation
• Financial reporting and analytics
• Cloud backup and synchronization services

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.

4. Subscription and Payment Term

The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription.
4.1 Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.
4.2 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscription through your device’s app store settings.
4.3 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as determined by the app store platform. Refund requests must be made through the app store platform.

5. GPS and Location Services

The App uses GPS technology to track journeys and calculate mileage for business purposes.
5.1 Location Permissions: You must grant location permissions to use GPS tracking features. Location data is used solely for journey tracking and is not shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Background Location: The App may request background location access to continue tracking journeys when the app is not in the foreground. You can disable this feature in your device settings.
5.3 Location Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, GPS tracking may be affected by environmental factors, device limitations, or network conditions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of location data.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.1 Data Storage: Your data is stored locally on your device and may be backed up to our secure cloud servers if you enable backup features.
6.2 Data Encryption: Sensitive data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols.
6.3 Data Backup: Cloud backup services are provided as-is. We recommend maintaining local backups of important data.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security
• Use the App to store or transmit illegal content

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SET Business Manager and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide our services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability: The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.
9.2 Financial Data: While we provide tools for financial management, we do not provide financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your financial data and compliance with applicable tax laws.
9.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SET Business Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SET Business Manager operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice through the App.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
